Hi, I’m Jess.
This corner of the internet is for all the foodies around the world — If you’re wondering about the name, Sebastian is for the dog who taught me that the kitchen is a place for love, patience, and a little mischief. The dog who always knew when the soup was ready and the one who showed us the kitchen was the heart of the home (and the best place to wait for snacks to “accidentally” fall).
These days, it’s me, Mr. J, and Stevie the cat in the kitchen — though Stevie is more interested in warm oven heat than helping.
